By car from Athens:

Take the Athens - Thessaloniki National Road.
Drive along the National Road from Athens to Thessaloniki E90 into Thessaloniki.
This road then becomes 26th Octovriou. Bear right and stay on 26th Octovriou Street.
Hotel Anessis is in front of you (on the left side) opposite the Thessaloniki's Court of Justice.
 
From Thessaloniki Airport:
 
After exiting the airport grounds, in the first traffic light, turn left and keep driving towards the city center. As you will be reaching the city center, after approximately 10km drive you will meet HELEXPO fair grounds on your right hand side. At this point you turn left at Tsimiski Street. When you reach 26th Octovriou street, you turn right. Hotel Anessis is located at number 20 on your left hand side (opposite Thessaloniki's Court of Justice).
 
The Thessaloniki Central Railway Station is located just 600 m. away from Hotel Anessis.
